Insurance:

All of our equipment and staff have insurance coverage required by law to carry out the activities of our business, this includes liability policies 7603875 and 0273490, vehicle fleet policies AUM 432 and AUM 420, policies on cargo G-9010 and G-9011 and policy on refrigerated containers and isotanks # 70155 (signed on behalf of IRR Logistics S.A. and its subsidiary Transportes Franar S.A. with the Instituto Nacional de Seguros).

Other legal requirements:

We have the health and municipal permits for our operations, in addition to the bonds for land transport and temporary parking in Limón, and endorsement of the government of Costa Rica to act as charge carriers. Additionally we are in the process of getting the BASC certification in the first quarter of 2011.
